ROAST: Medium Dark
We age raw Peruvian beans for two+ months in rye whiskey, barrels furnished by Pittsburgh’s Wigle Whiskey – one of the best organic distilleries in America. Alcohol is burned out during the roasting process YET the beans still retain some of the rye and oaky flavor of the barrels.
